Overtime Rates - Service performed outside of normal business hours will be at a rate of 1.5 times the work role rate. Service performed on weekends will be at twice the work role rate, and holidays will be at three times the work role rate. These multipliers apply to block time rates also.
Block Time
When a large project comes up, or if you are one of our many clients who use our services on a weekly or monthly basis, block time may be more appropriate. Block time is pre-paid labor (measured in retainer amounts*) that provides for discounted hourly rates and can be used for a period of 1 year. The larger the block purchased, the larger the discount. This allows for significant savings for you, and less administrative work for both of us!
