Service Level Agreements (SLA's)

Need some peace of mind?  You can get it here.  Our SLA's give you the level of service you need to keep your systems running with response guarantees and other options to provide the ultimate protection.

Silver Plan
Provides for a guaranteed response time of 4 business hours or less.  When a covered service call is needed, you also get a discounted labor rate equal to the first level of block time.

Gold Plan
You get the guaranteed response like the Silver plan, plus the added peace of mind that the labor to correct the covered service call won't cost you any extra. So even if you have a server crash and it takes 10-15 hours to get it back online, all labor would be covered under this plan.  And if you add our Remote Backup service, we'll take 20% off the normal RBS monthly pricing.

Platinum Plan
This is the ultimate in system protection.  You get the guaranteed response, all labor included for covered service issues, plus you get our powerful Managed Services option.  This makes for the ultimate defense against problems and downtime.  Plus, if you use our Remote Backup service, you get a 20% discount off the normal RBS monthly pricing.  For services outside the scope of the agreement, we'll also give you discounted labor rates equal to our Level 1 Block Time.
